They needed a magazine that would showcase the firm's heritage while vibrantly communicating its place in today's property market. They wanted to be seen as the most thoughtful, stylish and customer-sensitive agent in London.

The 1805 masthead marked tradition, while elegant yet modern typography, beautiful imagery and intelligent writing set the magazine apart in the sector. 1805 championed London as a city of villages, connecting the reader emotionally to an area, responding to the psychology of house-buying.
