Northstar launched Inside Bentley in 2012 to help boost staff morale and enhance internal communications at Bentley Motors.

With these ambitions in mind, and taking into consideration the diverse nature of the workforce, Northstar collaborated with the company's internal communications team to develop a flexible format to exemplify the brief.

The result was Inside Bentley, a 16-page magazine distributed six times a year to Bentley sites in Crewe, Cheshire, and elsewhere worldwide.

Supported by beautiful original photography, Inside Bentley shares Bentley's stories through the voices of its colleagues.
